Added patches for binutils 2.18, gcc 4.2.2, and revised patch for avr-libc
1.4.6.

The avr-libc patch is revised because the previous patch added files that are
instead automatically generated, and had a small typo.

There is an issue with the current datasheet for these devices. These devices
have 16K of flash, but the Instruction Set Summary in the datasheet only lists
the RCALL, and RJMP instructions, which are only good for <= 8K flash, but it
does NOT list the CALL and JMP instructions. I'm waiting for clarification of
this issue before committing the patch to avr-libc and submitting the patches
to the other projects.
