[avr-libc-dev] Committed: Small change to Using malloc() doc page

All,

I commmitted a small change to the "Using malloc()" documentation page. I
changed the title to "Memory Areas and Using malloc()" and reorderd some of
the sentences in the Introduction of that page.

The reason for the change is that the page describes a little bit more than
just malloc(). It contains a wonderful graphic and gives a description of
general memory areas and their layout in an AVR application. I wanted to
make sure that the title reflects this, so users don't just accidentally
skip this page thinking that all it talks about is malloc(). This is an
attempt to highlight the other parts as well.
