Well, you can change it anyway, so the HEAD of CVS will be on the safe
side.  I often install the CVS version on my systems, rather than a
release.

Otherwise, just send a mail to the list once you feel comfortable with
all this, and I'll be more than happy to roll a 1.5.1 release.  As we
are also shipping binary releases, even people like WinAVR users could
install them on top of their systems if they'd like to give the new
math library a try.
