It's hard to explain a subjective impression, but user manuals usually 
don't come with yellow backgrounds.

That's enough for me. I won't argue about the design until I'll have 
some spare time to fiddle with doxygen.config. I wasn't aware that 
Doxygen doesn't doesn't let control how HTML files are generated.

Before I have subscribed to some sourceforge-hosted lists, I haven't 
seen a single one that doesn't add Reply-To and have never seen a 
private mail beeing sent to the list.

My MUA allows me to reply to all (that's what most people seem to do), 
but I still have to remember that I'm on the list that requires me to do 
so, unlike the most lists I'm subscribed to. But if no one has 
complained before, let's say that it's just my problem (-;
