Spasibo bolshoye, what a tremendous amount of work!

I reviewed the CVS diff, all looks OK.  Of course, it's sheer
impossible to catch a potential typo that way, but overall this seems
to be fine work.

I'm interested in rolling an avr-libc 1.2.4 version soon, mainly since
we've fixed the macros.inc multiple inclusion bug, and with the more
widespread use of binutils-2.16, this becomes very annoying for people
(including my own FreeBSD ports).

I wonder whether we should merge the EE* changes before 1.2.4, too,
mainly since these changes also fixed a bug report.  I don't see any
risk in them.
