Details:

According to avr -at- atmel.com, the ADCHSM bit has been removed
from all documentation, as being not needed at all since the
comparator has proven to be fast enough even without feeding it
more power.  Our header files should consequently comment out
all occurences of that bit (with a prominent comment for why
that happened), so people trying to use that deprecated feature
will get a compile error.

This includes the iom16.h file where the bit never appeared (the
file has been crafted from a datasheet where the bit had already
been removed), as well as the iocan128.h file since according to
Atmel, the mention of the bit in the AT90CAN128 docs is an error
that is going to be fixed.
