As the intention of special-casing vfprintf's CFLAGS was to keep the
code small (e.g. by overriding the -O3 the avr5 architecture defaults
to), it's fine by me to switch to -Os as long as it is verified that
the current compiler really generates smaller code for -Os for all of
avr[2345].
