Couldn't make the change to portpins.h as that file would have defined specific 
ports and pins that may not actually exist on the specific device.

Made changes to iotn26.h to correct. Fixed in HEAD and 1.2 branch.

Summary:  PAx missing in iotn26.h

Original Submission:  According to the Atmel Datasheet for Tiny26, PAx pins are 
available but the #defines are missing in the header file. In previous avr-libc 
version, they were present.

Will fix by correcting portpins.h to always define the specific port defintions.
