- you forced me to take a look, most simply say copyright must be retained
in the source, but a few do say that binaries must display notice, which is
likely unreasonable for a variety of reasons (but didn't look close enough
to know which sources carry which requirements); but do overall agree its a
bit of a mess, and Eric was wise taking the time to clean up avr-libc.
