[avr-libc-dev] binutils and gcc patches for new avr devices

Hi,

Attached is patches for binutils and gcc to add support for new avr
devices. The gcc patches are fairly non-intrusive so should be OK for
gcc-4.0.0.

The binutils patch adds the following devices:

  mega165, mega325, mega3250, mega645, mega6450

The gcc patch adds the following devices:

  atmega48, atmega88, atmega168, attiny13, attiny2313, at90can128,
  mega165, mega325, mega3250, mega645, mega6450

NOTE: Marek has already committed my previous new device patch for
binutils so that is why the device lists are different.

If no one sees any mistakes in the patches, I will send them to the
{binutils,gcc}-patches lists later this afternoon.

I just committed a change to avr-libc (HEAD) to build the crt files for
the newest devices, so avr-libc should be ready to go.
