Summary:  printf: Handling of argument strings from program memory

Original Submission:  format string "%S" added to vfprintf()
in order to handle argument strings from program memory.
new function strnlen_P() implemented.
The modification is based on avr-libc-1.0.4
see attached file <printf_PGM-String.zip> for code details.
