[avr-libc-dev] [patch] remove deprecated files.

Hi,

Just a heads up. I'm going to start ripping out anything that's been
marked deprecated since pre-1.0. Once I'm done, anything marked
deprecated in 1.1 should not be removed until the next
unstable/development branch (e.g. 1.3 or 2.1 or what ever it ends up
being).

This first round just removes the deprecated headers from include. I
will commit this tomorrow.
