I think all you need it to apply the infrastructure patches to binutils,
gcc and avr-libc. The avr-libc patch will probably go into cvs in the
next few days (definitely before the 1.0.4 release which I'm tenatively
planning for early next week; pending some other patches/bugs).

I've haven't tried yet, but the patches for binutils and gcc might apply
to 2.14 and 3.3.2 respectively. Let me know it try that and it doesn't
work.

Make sure to build binutils, gcc and then avr-libc in that order. If all
goes well, you should see a crttn2313.o installed somewhere. ;-)
