[avr-libc-dev] [commit:head] fix for bug #8452

Hi,

I've committed the attach fix for bug #8452.

If there's no objections, I'll commit this to 1.0 in the next few days.
My only concerns are that Atmel seems to have changed the datasheet
again, so these fixes to bring the header in sync with the current
datasheet may cause some minor problems for people using 1.0.3. :-(

I would like to clear out a few more of the current open bugs and
hopefully try to get 1.0.4 released some time next week.
