Summary: SFRs of AT90s8515 doesn't match

Original Submission: Hi,

I saw, that the USART Registers of the AT90s8515 doesn't match with the ones
defined in IO8515.h. In the header there is no definition of the UBRRH
Register. Also, the UBRRL Register is only called. In addition there are three
USART data registers UCSRA-UCSRC in io8515.h only one of them UCSRA aka USR is
defined. Attached you'll find a not (yet) tested corrected Header

Yours truly,
Patrik Lehmann
