Haven't tried this, but IMHO it won't work: doxygen sorts the result
alphabetically. You can easily watch this in your browser when you
move the mouse over the links in the navigation frame (so you'll see
the referenced URL in the status line): the references are sorted in
ascending (collate, i. e. upper/lower case match equal) order.
