Summary:  Not available definition for the ADC noise reduction mode for 
ATtiny26 and ATtiny15

Original Submission:  Preprocessor logic in the sleep.h results in _SLEEP_TYPE 
= 2 for ATtiny26 and ATtiny15. It prohibits processing the SLEEP_MODE_ADC 
definition.
