I have a problem with avr-libc.
when I do PREFIX=/usr/local ./doconf
i get this error:
address@hidden avr-libc-20030324cvs $ PREFIX=/usr/local ./doconf
creating cache ./config.cache checking host system type...

Do You have any idea?
I installed gcc and binutils like this:
binutils:
./configure --target=avr --prefix=/usr/local
make
make install
gcc-core:
./configure --target=avr --prefix=/usr/local --enable-language=c
make
make install

Benjamin
