This is a bug in doxygen (as Joerg noted). The work around is to move the dox
from the stdio.h header to the fdevopen.c source file.

Summary: clicking on 'fdevopen' in 'standard IO Facilities' page doesn't work

At least it doesn't for the ones in the initial piece of text where the concept
is explained. The link for fdevopen under 'Functions' does work but it points
at a different file (the current one).
I haven't investigated too closely, if this is not sufficient to track down and
fix the problem, let me know.
I use Eric's WinAVR distribution.
