[avr-libc-dev] crtm128.o not found?

Hi again,

Sorry if this is a newbie FAQ, but I've built avr-libc-20030303cvs, and
am using this week's gcc-3.3, and when building an app using
-mcu=atmega128 I get the error:

/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/avr/3.3/../../../../avr/bin/ld: cannot open
crtm128.o: No such file or directory

A quick search of the filesystem suggests it was never built, so what am
I missing here? gcc thinks it knows about atmega128...
