[avr-libc-dev] FAQ addition?

I've seen this question floating around a lot and I don't have a good 
answer for it because I don't use it:

How do you setup a project to use external RAM?

I was wondering if someone else knew a good answer and would be 
willing to contribute to the FAQ.
