[avr-libc-dev] todo item: signed/unsigned warnings

Concerning /doc/todo, the first item: "fix signed/unsigned gcc 
warnings (strtol.c strtoul.c qsort.c)":

I'm not set up to build the whole library from source, but I took 
those 3 modules and ran it through the compiler on -O2 and -O3 and 
did not receive any warnings.

Does anybody get these warnings? Is this todo item still valid?
