[avr-libc-dev] [RFC] signal dox updates

Hi,

Here's a preview of my merge of the the first part of Rich's avr-tools 
document. I've still got some work to do on it though (the table is too 
big for the pdf output).

Can someone look out the part about __vector_default and comment on it's 
correctness? Rich's doc was out of date on that.
