Hi,

I just added a very simple home page for avr-libc.

It's plain, it's simple, it's ugly, it has some useful links. What more do
you want? ;-)

Notice that it has a link to a Users Manual. This is the html output of
the doxygen patch I committed last night. I will try to keep this in sync
with what is in cvs for now.
