[avr-libc-dev] rpms and avr-libc

Hi Marek,

I've just finished integrating a rpm spec file into the build system for
avr-libc.

I have also built rpms from the latest cvs for binutils and gcc (avr
targets of course). Do you think it would be alright to put the rpms on
the avr-libc downloads area? I thought it might make more sense there than
in the simulavr download area. If you are OK with this, I'll upload them
tomorrow.
