Okay I saw this: you need to install avr-libc binutils-avr and avr-gcc if
you are GNU/Linux user.
I installed WinAVR do I still need things things?: avr-libc binutils-avr and
avr-gcc (I know I already have avr-gcc).

you need to install avr-libc binutils-avr and avr-gcc if you are GNU/Linux
