Since the savannah crack back in December, the download area has been
unsuitable for providing the rpms and I don't have the bandwidth to
provide them. As such I haven't been too motivated to generate the rpms.
The old specs and diffs I used are available here:
http://www.openavr.org/rpm/
I can try to find time to roll some new rpms and upload the specs and
diffs, but I can't provide the precompiled packages.
