[avr-gcc-list] Macros for Timers

Hi Guys,

Just wondered if anyone has any macros that calculate the appropriate
timer values so that you can just enter the number of us or ms and the
xtal frequency and they macros determine the correct register values?

Alternatively does anyone know where I can get source code to something
like AvrCalc.exe that has all the logic for calculating this stuff?
