[avr-gcc-list] [ANNC] Avarice-2.2 released.

Hi,

It's been a long time since Scott Finneran released avarice-1.5. Since
that time, David Gay did a substantial reworking of the code which he
called avarice-2.0. David's code base was put into cvs on sourceforge a
while back and many people have made contributions and improvements.

I've just tagged the 2.2 release in cvs and uploaded tarballs to
sourceforge.net.

Thanks to Scott, David and every one else that contributed.
