Yep the problem is when the winAVr is installed as a sub folder on a different
drive
Installing on C drive is ok.

PS: Warning: Some nutty Virus; Format / deletes the C drive totally. Hence pl.
do use C drive only for winXX, keep the My Document folder there but do not use
it. Two of friends have their C drives destroyed. Take care
