[avr-gcc-list] Triplicate messages

Yes Yes Yes there there there is is is a a a problem problem problem,,, 
trying trying trying to to to get get get it it it sorted sorted sorted 
with with with ISP ISP ISP...

Please defer posts to the list if you can!  Hope to see this sorted out in
