farnell (www.farnell.de) has these.

part. no 634-529. they are labeled as pcmcia connectors in the printed
catalog. but the 3m part numbers are compact flash types. the pictures also
look like compact flash connectors.
the ejector is 634-530.

i never ordered them. so i haven't proofed this.
