I feel exactely the same way about SMD. The packages I prefer are SOIC,
SOP, TSOP etc. PLCC I can live with. So far I have stayed away from BGA.
I would probably give the MLF packages a go soon. The MLF ATMega8 would be
nice to use. Anybody know where I can buy single quantities of these ?
