Version 0.0.14 of the simulavr AVR simulator is available. This release
includes bug fixes, more documentation, minor speed improvements and the
beginnings of a regression test system.
Also, rpm packages are now available for download or you can roll your own
with `rpm -tb simulavr-0.0.14.tar.gz`.
