Howdy Y'all,

I've just released simulavr-0.0.10.

It includes more documentation updates, some code cleanups and a 
totally revamped interface to gdb which no longer uses the gdbserver 
program.

Still included are the patches for gdb-5.0, although I consider them 
broken. I'll be spending the next few weeks focusing on fixing the gdb 
patches so hopefully we'll all be able to do some real debugging with gdb 
soon.
