[avr-gcc-list] C Variables in Assembly

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to use C variables within my inline
assembly. I am pretty new at assembly and I do not quite know all of its
functions. Basically I want to take a value that I have received from the
UART on my ATmega163 and use it to vary a value in my assembly routine. How
do I declare, say a variable, MyVar, for use in assembly?
