[avr-gcc-list] TCP/IP stack

Hello,
I need a TCP/IP stack for an embedded application (10Base  and 100Base 
Ethernet) .
I think what I need is a software TCP/IP Stack and the appropriate hardware 
(which chip?) with a  chip  driver.
Does anyone knows a solution for an Atmel controller or knows somebody who 
knows something about it?
