Many thanks. There is one problem though: the example convenience-1.0
doesn't work!
configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating replace/Makefile
config.status: creating lib/Makefile
config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: error: cannot find input file: Makefile.in
