I'd try to split nobase_pkginclude_HEADERS into two variables or
more, so that two install rules get generated.
pkginclude1dir = $(pkgincludedir)
pkginclude2dir = $(pkgincludedir)
nobase_pkginclude1_HEADERS = ...
nobase_pkginclude2_HEADERS = ...
Maybe there is a better way?
