OK. I have tried to isolate the problem a bit more. My configure.ac now
looks like this:
AC_INIT(foo.cpp)
AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(foo, 0.1)
AC_CANONICAL_TARGET
AC_OUTPUT(Makefile)
I still get the same warning. Any ideas?
