Unless specifically stated in the module itself, core modules are licensed
under the same terms as Perl itself, i.e. you may use either the GPL or
the AL, whichever suits your needs best.
If you need a more concrete answer than that, you should retain legal
counsel who specializes in this area of law as we can't offer that kind of
advice.
