manual: fix trivial grammar errors.

From: Ralf Wildenhues
Subject: manual: fix trivial grammar errors.
Date: Sat, 25 Apr 2009 14:51:02 +0200
User-agent: Mutt/1.5.18 (2008-05-17)

This fixes the stuff found with the regexes from
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/autoconf-patches/2009-04/msg00067.html>
while avoiding the question how 'FAQ' is pronounced.

Pushed to master, will backport to branch-1-10 as applicable.

Cheers,
Ralf
