Fix `use constant' usage for Perl 5.X.X.
* automake.in (QUEUE_MESSAGE, QUEUE_CONF_FILE, QUEUE_LOCATION)
(QUEUE_STRING): Define using one `use constant' each; as perl
5.X.X does not understand `use constant { ... }'.
