Well, the 'gcj' program certainly is available on your system; maybe as part of another package?
One would think. :) Running : find / -name libgcj.spec -printfound it in /mnt/lfs/tools/lib where is part of the results of of the first phase of bootstrapping LFS (chapter 5). And in phase 2 (chapter 6) that file is where it belongs in /tools/lib and gcj itself is in /tools/bin
It seems though that gcj isn't looking in /tools/lib as it should. This is probably my own fault, either leaving off a configuration option, or more likely, mistyping the option.
