Trace AM_ENABLE_MULTILIB

Hi,

obviously, multilib support in automake-1.7.x is non-functional :(

The patch below addresses one issue related to it: Trace
AM_ENABLE_MULTILIB to render $seen_multilib functional again.

PS.: With this patch applied, automake again includes multilib.am into
Makefile.ams. In directories without SUBDIRs, this triggers a conflict
on install-am between automake's install.am and multilib.am:
