I leave this decision to you and Tom, I'm not a Java programmer, and
I'm unable to make the decision. Nevertheless, I'd like to suggest
that you introduce one or several languages named Java-whatever. Have
a look at lib/autoconf/c.m4, lib/autoconf/fortran.m4 etc. for inspiration.
