[PATCH] Remove redistributed "Blame Lee E. McMahon" shell comment

The shell comment `# Blame Lee E. McMahon (1931-1989) for sed's syntax.  :-)` 
is redistributed in all release tarballs of all autotools packages since 2001.

I don't know the context, but feels like an odd comment, so just delete it.
