Re: AC_PROG_FC does not define GCF when compiler is gfortran

Yay!

I missed the class named 
download-the-latest-svn-before-sending-whinning-patches and the 
its-GFC-not-GCF (i have read 'GCF' first, wrote with 'GCF', then went back 
and rewritten as 'GFC' making mistake with the 'FC' stuff on macros and env 
vars (FCFLAGS, PROG_FC, etc).

It would be like I skipped the class 
sleep-better-before-sending-patches-or-filling-bug-reports. :(

Sorry for that late patch without checking latest snapshot and for the 
horrible misplacing of GCF. Thanks for understanding my wish to help improve 
autotools.
