The idea is Ruslan's. The code is mostly copied-and-pasted from the other macros I wrote in erlang.m4. The original part of this new macro is:

+        Version = erlang:system_info(version),

For the rest of this macro's code, the differences with other macros are trivial.

How much of this patch is your work, vs. Ruslan's?  In other words, if his
portion of the contribution is non-trivial, then we can't accept this
patch without Ruslan completing copyright papers.  On the other hand, if
just the original idea was his, but the bulk of the work was yours, then
this is probably acceptable.
