* doc/autoconf.texi (Making testsuite Scripts): Here,
recommend AM_MISSING_PROG when Automake is used, to generate
`testsuite' with autom4te.

Note that AM_MISSING_PROG is still undocumented in Automake, I'll cook another
patch so that it makes its way in the Automake manual.
